How to cancel or return a order:

Cancel:

You will not be charged for cancelling an order as long as it has not been shipped yet. When you cancel an order after it has been

shipped you should decline the package upon delivery. When Rutten Watches has already received your payment, we will return

the amount of money.

This will be done after we receive the item in the mail.

Returning/Grace period:

You have a grace period of 14 workdays during which you can still decide to return the item without stating a reason. This period

starts on the day of delivery. Assembled products or products that were especially ordered for you do not have a grace period. A

product can only be returned unopened and in its original wrapping. You can find more information in article 4 of our general

conditions.

Do you want to return the full order? You can return articles that are already delivered to the address below. Rutten Watches will

transfer the complete amount back to you.

You should pay for returning the item to us.

You also have to pay the returning costs yourself when you only return part of the order. The cost of the returned item will be

transferred back to your account.

Rutten Watches should be notified of all cancelations, returns and changes in writing. You can do this via email, fax or mail. You

should add your full name and bill number in your letter.

We will also need your bank account number to transfer the money back to you (in case of advance payment). Clients Clients

outside the Netherlands (within the EU) will also have to include the IBAN and BIC/Swift numbers from their own bank.

Please notice: this bank account number should be the same as the one from which the payment was made. This is necessary to

prevent fraud.

Payment will be returned to you within 14 days.
